Taxis are easily available outside Pathankot Railway Station and Bus Stand. You can hire a private cab or share with other travelers. The route is: Pathankot → Banikhet → Chamba → Bharmour

The roads are in decent condition till Chamba, and after that, the road narrows and becomes steep.

By Bus:

HRTC runs frequent buses from Pathankot to Chamba. From Chamba, board a connecting bus or shared taxi to Bharmour. The last bus from Chamba to Bharmour usually leaves by 4:00 PM, so plan your arrival in Chamba accordingly. Bus journeys are affordable but take longer due to frequent stops and road conditions.
